True, but its also fun to se an almost unbeatable guy getting his ass handed to him.

Not in a "farmboy with magic sword/dragon/axe killing the unkillable monster of all that is evil" way, more a "I'm king Emin, I've outthought you in this here battle, see how my army slaughters yours" way. With a flourish and a huzzah at the end of course, and Styrax getting away.

Pretty sure Kohrad went to paradise and Isak to Ghenna.

i don't think kohrad went to paradise.
He wasn't one of the chosen, The guy that got killed by aracnan and Koezh was the second menin chosen, not Kohrad, and arn't the chosen the only ones to get a vip ticket straight to paradise?...
PLus i think the whole, controlled by a daemon will be held against him.

Better to keep your mouth shut and let people think you stupid, than to open it and remove all doubt.

you can't blame someone for getting possesed by a deamon. He's more likely in hell for the whole conspiring with his father to usurp the gods stuff.

Also there is a lot less chosen in the land these days, nartis had both of his killed( even if isak came back, hes probably not gonna be in the good books), tsch had one possesed by a deamon and killed and the other just plain deaded, karakan had one of his killed and one betray him, Larat had both his killed directly and indirectly by Styrax. Illit chosen died I think and didnt have a Krann. This really only leave amovuq with his chosen not sure if he had a Krann or not.

They going to get of their clouds or whatever and pick some new champions or what?

or are mortal aspects the new way to go, in which case there is only two around and one is missing her god.

So by my count the Gods are pretty low on influence right now
